Vegan Keto Carob Fudge

Ingredients

• 1-3 packets stevia
• 1 cup carob powder
• 1 avocado
• 6 Tbs avocado oil

Directions

1. Mash avocado
2. Add oil
3. Slowly mix in carob powder
4. Add in stevia
5. Press into small silicone molds to make 30 pieces (2 mold trays)
6. Sprinkle with sea salt, chopped nuts, or coconut flakes if desired
7. Freeze for at least one hour (can store in freezer)
